Chocolat Noir (the rough sketch version)

The rough sketches for my first graphic novel, Chocolat Noir. A 357 page, B&W PDF made directly from my sketchbook.

A baker stumbles into the crosshairs of an assassin in this romantic comedy about chocolate, chilies and Santa Fe.

Since these are roughs, there will be some unintelligible handwriting, some very sketchy pages, some shifting character designs, and a few name changes:

Shuron refers to her boss as both Carole and Karla, it's the same person.

Most G names: Genevieve, Giovanna, etc are all referring to Ginger's ex, her name went through multiple iterations while I was sketching.
